Dr. Di Dong holds a Ph.D. in Engineering and is a recipient of the Excellent Young Scientists Fund from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). He is a Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor at the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and serves as the Head of the Radiomics Division at the CAS Key Laboratory of Molecular Imaging. He is also an outstanding member of the Youth Innovation Promotion Association of CAS, a standing member of the Gastric Cancer Prevention and Treatment Committee of the Beijing Anti-Cancer Association, and the Deputy Director of the Internet and Big Data Imaging Committee of the Radiologist Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association. Dr. Dong was listed among the “Top 100 Scholars in Medical Imaging Research in China” based on academic impact.

He has been honored as “Young Scientist” by the China Society of Image and Graphics, and “Future Scientist” by the National Gastric Cancer Academic Congress. He was awarded the Zhongguancun Outstanding Youth Award and the Chinese Medical Association First Prize for Medical Science and Technology Progress. He has led several major projects, including the NSFC Excellent Young Scientists Fund project, the NSFC Major Research Plan Cultivation project, and the Ministry of Science and Technology Key R&D Program Youth Scientist project. Dr. Dong has conducted long-term research on tumor radiomics and intelligent analysis of medical imaging big data, significantly improving the effectiveness of imaging-assisted cancer diagnosis and treatment. In recent years, he has published more than 100 papers in leading medical journals such as Annals of Oncology (SCI IF: 65.4, 2 papers) and European Respiratory Journal (SCI IF: 21.0). His works include 12 ESI Top 1% highly cited papers, with a Google Scholar h-index of 60. Two of his papers were selected among the “Top 100 High-Value Papers in Chinese Medical Imaging Research in 2021,” and one was awarded the 2022 IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Prize Paper Award.

Prof. Liheng Bian is a Professor and Ph.D. supervisor at Beijing Institute of Technology and a recipient of the National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars. He has long been engaged in on-chip photonics research, published the national “14th Five-Year Plan” key monograph Computational Imaging and Perception, and authored over 70 high-impact papers as first or corresponding author in journals including Nature (1), Nature Communications (4), and Light: Science & Applications (3). He holds over 50 domestic and international patents and has received the China Institute of Electronics Technical Invention First Prize (rank 1/6) and the China Society of Image and Graphics Technical Invention First Prize (rank 2/6). He has supervised students who won the National Second Prize in the China Sensor Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and the Capital Challenge Cup First Prize.

Chunquan Li is a Professor and doctoral supervisor at Nanchang University, a visiting professor at Carleton University, Canada, and a Ganjiang Distinguished Professor at Nanchang University. He has been recognized as a National Baosteel Excellent Teacher, the first Gold Medal Teacher of Jiangxi Province, a Jiangxi Province “Hundreds, Thousands, and Ten Thousand Talents” recipient, and leader of the Jiangxi VR Innovation and Entrepreneurship Team. He serves as an evaluation expert for the Ministry of Science and Technology, reviewer for national-level talent and major/key projects, subject evaluation expert for the Ministry of Education, and evaluation expert for provincial and municipal talent and science projects. He is a member of the Expert Committee of the National Virtual Reality Innovation Center, executive member of the Haptics Perception and Interaction Committee of the Chinese Society of Instrumentation, and member of the IEEE SMC Intelligent Wearables Committee.

His main research areas include intelligent robotics, virtual surgical simulation, intelligent human-computer interaction, embedded artificial intelligence, IoT systems, haptic feedback technologies, brain-computer interfaces, and the application of AI technologies in industrial and medical fields.

Prof. Xiangyang Shi is a Distinguished Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor at the College of Biological Science and Medical Engineering, Donghua University. He received his Ph.D. from the Institute of Photographic Chemistry, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 1998. Before returning to China in 2008, he held positions as Postdoctoral Fellow, Associate Research II, Research Investigator, and Research Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA. He has published 556 SCI-indexed papers with 31,010 citations and an H-index of 91, and was recognized as one of Elsevier’s Highly Cited Chinese Researchers from 2019 to 2024. He holds 151 authorized invention patents.

陶晓峰,上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院放射科主任;交大医学院分子影像及影像组学实验室主任;国家自然基金重大研究计划重点项目负责人。长期从事医学影像临床诊疗工作,具有丰富的影像学医教研工作经验,擅长神经和头颈颌面部疾病影像诊断与鉴别诊断以及分子影像学。
Xiaofeng TAO serves as Director of the Department of Radiology, Affiliated Ninth People's Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine; and Director of the Laboratory of Molecular Imaging and Radiomics, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. He is also Principal Investigator of the Key Project of the Major Research Plan, National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). Having long been engaged in clinical diagnosis and treatment of medical imaging, he possesses rich experience in medical imaging-related clinical practice, teaching and research. He specializes in the imaging diagnosis and differential diagnosis of neurological, head, neck and maxillofacial diseases, as well as molecular imaging.

陶晓峰,担任上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院放射科主任,教授,博士生导师。长期从事医学影像临床诊疗工作,具有丰富的影像学医教研工作经验,擅长神经和头颈颌面部疾病影像诊断与鉴别诊断以及分子影像学。主要研究方向:1、神经系统病变的影像学诊断及鉴别诊断;2、头颈部病变的影像学诊断及鉴别诊断;3、功能影像学研究(CT、MRI、核医学);4、分子影像学。在国内最早开展了眼眶疾病的影像学研究,是该领域知名的放射学专家,最早开展了垂体内分泌疾病和影像学的相关性研究,提出了垂体和下丘脑疾病引起鞍区改变的显著差异,在国内外均首次报道。深入探讨了靶向胶质瘤探针用于判定脑部胶质瘤边界及侵袭性中的价值研究,并将多模态脑功能成像用于评价轻度脑创伤认知恢复模型,并获得了阶段性的成功,在神经系统肿瘤的分子影像方面及脑创伤认知的功能成像方面作出重大贡献。
Xiaofeng TAO holds the position of Director of the Department of Radiology, Affiliated Ninth People's Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, and also works as a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor. He has long been dedicated to clinical diagnosis and treatment of medical imaging, accumulating profound experience in medical imaging-focused clinical work, teaching and research. His areas of expertise include the imaging diagnosis and differential diagnosis of neurological, head, neck and maxillofacial diseases, as well as molecular imaging. Key Research Directions: Imaging diagnosis and differential diagnosis of neurological lesions; Imaging diagnosis and differential diagnosis of head and neck lesions; Research on functional imaging (CT, MRI, nuclear medicine); Molecular imaging. He was among the first scholars in China to carry out imaging research on orbital diseases and is a well-recognized radiology expert in this field. He also pioneered the study on the correlation between pituitary endocrine diseases and imaging, and proposed the significant differences in sellar region changes caused by pituitary and hypothalamic diseases—findings that were reported for the first time both domestically and internationally. Furthermore, he has in-depth explored the value of targeted glioma probes in identifying the boundary and invasiveness of brain gliomas. He has also applied multimodal brain functional imaging to evaluate the cognitive recovery model of mild traumatic brain injury, achieving phased success. Overall, he has made significant contributions to the molecular imaging of nervous system tumors and the functional imaging of cognitive function in traumatic brain injury cases.
