中国科学院院士，中国医学科学院学部委员，东南大学医学与生命科学部主任，东南大学附属中大医院院长兼介入诊疗中心主任。从事医学影像与介入治疗40余年，研究方向为介入诊疗与分子功能影像学。获国家科技进步二等奖3项。担任国际介入与多学科肿瘤学会(ISMIO)创始主席，中国医师协会介入医师分会会长，中国医院协会影像中心分会主任委员，《EngMedicine》创刊主编等。获美国、欧洲及亚太三大主流介入学会最高荣誉奖。

纪建松，温州医科大学附属五院（丽水市中心医院）党委书记，教授/正高二级岗，医学博士，美国华盛顿大学博士后和东南大学博士后。国家重点研发计划首席科学家,全省影像与介入医学重点实验室主任，介入医学工程与生物技术浙江省工程研究中心主任，浙江省介入医学工程与生物技术国际科技合作基地主任，浙中区域肿瘤专病中心主任。发表论文300余篇，主编专著8部。主持国家重点研发项目（2项）、国家自然科学基金和省部级科研项目10余项。发明专利 15项，实用新型 23 项。省部级奖励9项，厅级奖励18项。连续4年入选“临床医学全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单”，入选2024年度中国知网高被引学者Top1%名单，获评全国先进工作者，“最美浙江人・浙江骄傲”提名人物，浙江省十佳书记，入选国家百千万人才工程——授予“有突出贡献中青年专家”荣誉称号，浙江省“万人计划”科技创新领军人才，浙江省151人才工程重点资助培养人员，享受国务院特殊津贴，在胸腹部影像诊断、血管性疾病及肿瘤介入综合治疗方面经验丰富。
Professor Ji Jiansong is the Director of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University (Lishui Central Hospital), Professor (Second-tier Senior Title), and Doctor of Medicine. He completed postdoctoral research at both the University of Washington (USA) and Southeast University (China).He currently serves as the Chief Scientist of the National Key R&D Program, Director of the Provincial Key Laboratory of Imaging and Interventional Medicine, Director of the Zhejiang Provincial Engineering Research Center of Interventional Medicine and Biotechnology, Director of the International Science and Technology Cooperation Base of Interventional Medicine and Biotechnology of Zhejiang Province, and Director of the Tumor Disease Center of Central Zhejiang Region.Professor Ji has published over 300 academic papers and edited eight monographs. He has led two National Key R&D projects, as well as more than 10 research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and provincial or ministerial programs. He holds 15 invention patents and 23 utility model patents. His achievements have earned 9 provincial/ministerial-level awards and 18 municipal-level awards.He has been ranked among the top 2% of scientists worldwide in clinical medicine for 4 consecutive years, and was listed in the Top 1% of Highly Cited Scholars (2024) by CNKI. His honors include National Model Worker, Nominee for “Most Beautiful Zhejiang People・Zhejiang Pride”, Top Ten Directors of Zhejiang Province, Outstanding Middle-aged and Young Expert in the National Millions of Talents Program, Leading Talent in Technological Innovation of Zhejiang’s “Ten Thousand Talents Program”, and Key Cultivation Talent of the Zhejiang 151 Talent Program. He also enjoys the Special Government Allowance of the State Council.Professor Ji has extensive clinical and research experience in thoracoabdominal imaging diagnostics, vascular diseases, and comprehensive interventional therapy for tumors, making significant contributions to the advancement of interventional medicine in China.

Hamid Reza Karimi，德国籍，米兰理工大学机械工程系应用力学教授。曾任挪威阿格德尔大学机电与控制系统教授、副教授，并在德国不来梅大学、慕尼黑工业大学等进行博士后及洪堡学者研究。2021年当选欧洲科学院院士，2025年成为欧洲科学与艺术院院士、欧洲科学院院士，并获国家人工智能杰出学者奖。他在控制理论、机电系统、故障诊断、自主系统、风力发电控制、车辆动力学等领域做出了重要贡献，发表大量高水平论文，H指数高达110。自2016年起连续入选斯坦福大学发布的全球前2%顶尖科学家，2024年在Research.com排名中位列意大利机械与航空航天工程领域第一、世界第33位。主持或参与多项欧盟、意大利、挪威、中国等国际合作项目，如HORIZON EUROPE、PRIN项目等。担任Journal of Cyber-Physical Systems、International Journal of Aerospace System Science and Engineering等多个国际期刊主编，曾任IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems等期刊副编辑。他是国际声学与振动研究所杰出会士、国际状态监测学会会士，并担任多个国际会议主席、程序委员会成员。此外，他还积极参与博士生培养与课程建设，指导多名博士后、博士与硕士研究生。
Hamid Reza Karimi, a German national, is a Professor of Applied Mechanics in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano. He previously held positions as Professor and later Associate Professor of Mechatronics-Control Systems at the University of Agder, Norway, and conducted postdoctoral and Alexander von Humboldt Foundation research fellow work at the University of Bremen and the Technical University of Munich, Germany, among others. He was elected as an Ordinary Member of Academia Europaea (MAE) in 2021, and in 2025 became a Member of The European Academy of Sciences and Arts (MEASA), a Member of The European Academy of Sciences (EURASC), and received the Distinguished Artificial Intelligence Scholar Award from the NAAI.
He has made significant contributions in the fields of control theory, mechatronic systems, fault diagnosis, autonomous systems, wind turbine control, and vehicle dynamics, publishing a substantial number of high-level papers and achieving an H-Index of 110. Since 2016, he has been continuously recognized as one of the top 2% of the world's most-cited scientists in lists released by Stanford University. In the 2024 Research.com rankings, he was ranked 1st nationally in Italy and 33rd worldwide in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering.
He has led or participated in numerous international collaborative projects funded by the EU, Italy, Norway, China, etc., such as HORIZON EUROPE and PRIN programs. He serves as Editor-in-Chief for several international journals including the Journal of Cyber-Physical Systems and the International Journal of Aerospace System Science and Engineering, and has previously served as Associate Editor for journals like IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics and IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems. He is a Distinguished Fellow of The International Institute of Acoustics and Vibration (IIAV) and a Fellow of the International Society for Condition Monitoring (ISCM). He has also served as Chair or Program Committee member for numerous international conferences. Furthermore, he actively participates in doctoral education and curriculum development, supervising many postdoctoral researchers, PhD, and Master's students.

Ole Petter Ottersen, Member of the European Academy of Sciences, the Royal Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters, the Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters, the German National Academy of Sciences, and the Finnish Academy of Science and Letters. From 2002 to 2009, Professor Ottersen served as Director of the Center for Molecular Biology and Neuroscience, one of Norway's Centers of Excellence. After serving as Rector of the University of Oslo (UiO) for eight years (2009–2017), Ole Petter Ottersen assumed the position of President of Karolinska Institutet on August 1, 2017. Awards and Honors Academician Ole served as Editor-in-Chief of Neuroscience, the official journal of the International Brain Research Organization (IBRO), and as Panel Chair for the European Research Council (ERC) Advanced Grants. He served as the inaugural Chair of the newly established European University Network (Association of Research-Intensive Universities) from 2016 to 2017 and chaired The Lancet Commission on the Political Determinants of Global Health Inequalities (The Lancet-UiO Commission on Global Health Governance). Academician Ole maintains a strong research focus in neuroscience, particularly on synaptic structure and function, as well as the molecular mechanisms of edema formation and water transport in the brain. In recent years, Ole has been actively engaged in global health initiatives. He has received multiple international awards, including the Anders Jahre Prize in Medicine and the Lönneberg Nordic Research Prize.

Vladan Devedzic's current research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Programming Education, Software Engineering, and Educational Technologies. He has authored/co-authored numerous research papers, published in international and national journals or presented at international and national conferences, as well as six books on Intelligent Systems and Software Engineering. More recently, he has also initiated collaborations with universities in South America. He is a member of the International Science Council, Regional Focal Point for Latin America and the Caribbean.
